Officers selected for FA transfer will Permanent Change of Station (PCS) or Permanent Change of Assignment (PCA) and incur an Active Duty Service Obligation (ADSO) per reference A. This VTIP Panel aligns with the USAR AGR Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) for the 27-01 and 27-02 movement cycles.
