1. TRAVEL TO REPUBLIC OF KOREA BY DOD CIVILIANS, CONTRACTORS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. From the Army G-1 PCC: Heading to Korea? Starting September 1, 2021, all DoD Civilians, Contractors and Family Members, traveling to the Republic of Korea must have a valid visa or an approved Korea - Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) prior to entering the country, unless already in possession of a valid Korean visa. The entry requirements for Service Members on official travel (PCS, TDY, etc.) will remain the same, using the Common Access Card and travel orders. What is a K-ETA? The K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization that visa-free eligible foreign visitors need to obtain before entering Korea, by submitting an application with relevant information online. You must apply for the K-ETA at least 24 hours prior to boarding a flight or ship bound for Korea. 2. FY22 ARMY RESERVE TPU/IRR FEB 22 SSG NCO EVALUATION BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT. This board will evaluate the performance and potential of all eligible TPU and IRR SSGs in their Primary MOS for the purpose of creating an Order of Merit List (OML) to facilitate a myriad of human resource decisions. 4. TAGD DATA CORRECTNESS AUGUST 2021 RECOGNITION ROLL. 5. (REMINDER) CALLING FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE MG GREENE INNOVATION AWARD. Army Futures Command is calling for nominations for the Major General (MG) Greene Innovation Award. Nominations may be submitted for/from: Individual Civilian (DA Civilian only), Individual Military, or Group (Civilians only, Military only, or a combination). Development teams may consist of any combination of collaborating commands/organizations/units. Multiple submissions per individual is accepted as long as it’s for different innovations.
