MILPER Number: 25-452 Clarification of Military Leave and Pass Combinations during Official Federal Holiday Periods

1.  This message supersedes MILPER Message 24-468 and will expire no later than 18 November 2026, or upon the release of updated guidance, whichever occurs first. All previous guidance on this subject is rescinded upon publication of this message.


2.  The purpose of this message is to provide detailed instructions for commanders to grant passes during observance of official Federal holidays from December 2025 to January 2026.
