1. This MILPER Message expires NLT 12 November 2026. MILPER 25-274 and 25-285 have been REVOKED. 


2. The Army Reserve TPU/IRR SSG NCO Evaluation Board will convene at the 99th Readiness Division (RD), 5231 S. Scott Plaza, Joint Base McGuire- Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, on or about 26 January 2026, to evaluate all USAR TPU/IRR NCOs in the rank of SSG.
