1. This MILPER Message will expire NLT 1 October 2026. 


2. Paragraph 2 was amended in MILPER 25-429 to read as:

In accordance with (IAW) references (G and H), the Army Reserve TPU/IRR Sergeant First Class (SFC) NCO Evaluation Board is scheduled to convene at the 81st Readiness Division (RD), 81 Wildcat Way, Fort Jackson, South Carolina on or about 17 November 2025, to evaluate all USAR TPU / IRR NCOs in the rank of SFC.
