2. (U) PURPOSE: THIS MESSAGE IS TO ANNOUNCE THE ARMYWIDE

INTRODUCTION OF SUPPLY AND MEDICAL DASHBOARDS. SEA ENABLES
READINESS THROUGH DATA INFORMED DECISIONS AT THE TACTICAL AND
OPERATIONAL LEVEL BUT LACKED VISIBILITY OF THE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN.
3.A. (U) WS360 IS A SUITE OF TOOLS DEVELOPED BY ARMY MATERIAL
COMMAND (AMC) TO IMPROVE THE OPERATION OF THE ARMY SUPPLY CHAIN.
WS360 IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE PROPER INVESTMENT OF ARMY
SUSTAINMENT RESOURCES. IT TIES THE RETAIL (TACTICAL) AND WHOLESALE
(NATIONAL) DATA SYSTEMS TOGETHER TO INCREASE READINESS THROUGH
TARGETED INVESTMENTS SUPPORTING ARMY SENIOR LEADER DECISIONS IN
CONCERT WITH THE NATIONAL DEFENSE STRATEGY.
3.B. (U) WS360 PROVIDES THE OPERATIONAL ARMY AND STRATEGIC SUPPLY
APPARATUS A COMMON PICTURE FROM WHICH DECISIONS CAN BE MADE ON A

BY SYNCHRONIZING OPERATIONAL DEMAND VIA GCSS-A INPUTS WITH
NATIONAL SUPPLY ACTIONS VIA LOGISTICS MODERNIZATION PROGRAM (LMP).
4. (U) USERS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO AN ACCESS GROUP APPROPRIATE TO
THEIR ROLE IN THE ARMY SUPPLY SYSTEM. ACCESS WILL BE ASSIGNED

LIKE A DELINQUENT DELIVERY ROOT CAUSE).
4.C. (U) CONTROLLING ACCESS TO CAPABILITIES DOES NOT CONTROL ACCESS
TO UNDERLYING DATA. ONLY ROW-BASED (HIERARCHICAL) CONTROLS
RESTRICT ACCESS TO ACTUAL DATA.
5. (U) USER GROUPS. THERE ARE FIVE DIFFERENT USER GROUPS WITH
DIFFERENT ACCESS LEVELS WITH A COMBINATION OF CAPABILITY AND
HIERARCHICAL CONTROLS, A SUMMARY OF EACH GROUP IS BELOW:
