1. Effective 1 January 2026, this MILPER establishes In/Out calls for the USAR AGR program and will expire no later than 31 March 2026.
2. General: This message is used for USAR Active Guard Reserve (AGR) reclassification purposes in conjunction with above references. In/Out calls are changed as needed based on the strength of the military occupational specialty (MOS) and are posted on the first week of each quarter to the USAR AGR Talent Management Division (TMD) website at https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/AGR%20Talent%20Management%20Division%20Landing%20Page.
