1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 15 Jan 27


2. Policy:

a. Selection boards will convene on 16 Mar 26 to consider eligible Majors (MAJ) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to LTC.  The boards will recess on or about 20 Mar 26. Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of these boards to consider those officers five or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of these boards. Officers eligible for consideration have the following Grade Entry Dates (GED):
