1. This MILPER message is effective upon release and expires no later than (NLT) 1 November 2026.
2. This message provides procedural guidance for officers desiring transfer to Functional Area (FA) 58, Enterprise Marketing and Behavioral Economics Officer. Eligible Army officers in the rank of 1LT or higher may submit an application for selection from 9 February through 13 March 2026. Officers forecasted to be in the Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) 27-02 (next summer) market or are available to PCS at that time, may apply and will remain in the appropriate (current branch) market until FA58 selections are made. Officers not selected for transfer will remain in that current-branch market; officers selected for transfer will be notified of their selection and given instructions at that time.
