2.  This is a two-part message announcing the procedures for the reclassification and retraining of Regular Army (RA) Soldiers who are serving in an Initial Entry Training (IET) status and removal procedures for in-service Soldiers who fail to complete Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) reclassification training.
