1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 Jan 27.

2. Policy:

a. Selection boards will convene on 6 Apr 26 to consider eligible Lieutenant Colonels (LTC) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to COL.  The boards will recess on or about 10 Apr 26. Officers eligible for consideration have the following Grade Entry Date (GED):
