Cutover will convert legacy HR system data for use in IPPS-A R3 at Go-Live. While we remain in a conditions-based status, units should prepare for R3 Go-Live as early as mid-December.” Visit the following link for more information and resources.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/1004764 2. LEADER DEVELOPER AWARD. From the Center for Junior Officers:  This annual award is designed to recognize top cadets and junior officers who have demonstrated excellence in the “Develops Others” realm of leadership. Army units, and the junior officers in them, represent hundreds of small laboratories for leader development, with people testing new ideas, activities, tools, and approaches. Identifying those officers that are developing and employing effective leader development practices or approaches, recognizing them, and sharing their insights is something that can help inspire others and help improve leader development across the Army. The deadline for submissions is 1 January 2023. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/1004733 3. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-25, GUIDANCE TO USAR COMMAND PAY MANAGERS FOR INTEGRATED PERSONNEL PAY SYSTEM – ARMY (IPPS-A) RELEASE 3 (R3).
