 1. OFFICER PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE (OPMD) ATAP 21-02 MAJ PSB SPECIAL MARKET. HRC OPMD will be executing an out-of-cycle 21-02 special market from 190900 EST January 2021 through 011700 EST February 2021 based on the recent release of the FY20 Major Promotion Selection Board (PSB) results. The purpose of the special market is to accommodate those Officers requiring a follow-on assignment in the 21-02 movement cycle (April 2021 – September 2021) based on the FY20 MAJ PSB results. 2. TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP) VIRTUAL CENTER SOFTWARE UPDATE. The Transition Assistance Program is currently updating the Virtual Center platform software that conducts virtual classroom training. TAP will suspend virtual classes scheduled for the week(s) of 19-29 January 2021.  Once personnel are trained and all testing complete we will contact those affected and work to reschedule those who were cancelled.  Telephonic counseling will remain operational and will continue throughout the update.
