3. DISTRIBUTED LEADERS COURSE (DLC) DISENROLLMENT AND REENROLLMENT. From
HRC Military Schools Branch: During a review of the ATRRS record by HRC
Military Schools Branch (MSB) it has been identified that many Active
Army Soldiers were reserved into a DLC in error. These Soldiers will be
dis-enrolled from the DLC course which will result in many Soldiers
receiving emails about their course cancellation. Soldiers and Schools
NCOs receiving these emails do not need to contact the ATRRS Help Desk,
NCOLCoE, or MSB concerning this cancellation. We understand that many of
these Soldiers that will be dis-enrolled are now fully eligible to be
reserved into these courses. Those Soldiers will be identified and will
be reserved back into the proper course within one week after the

4. SELECTION RESULTS FOR THE SERGEANTS MAJOR ACADEMY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
(COHORT 7). The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major
Academy recently released the results from the Cohort 7 selection board
of the Fellowship Program, attached at the following link. The USASMA
Fellowship Program is a merit-based scholarship program where select
sergeants major will compete for up to 30 scholarships per year for a
master’s degree in Adult Education through Penn State University or a
master’s degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from

(ECAST). The Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) held
a summit on ECAST in 2011. A series of ECAST deaths in military
personnel prompted reevaluation of current efforts and led to a second
summit in October 2019. The purpose of this message is to guide
