2. WHEN SCANNING DOCUMENTS FOR UPLOAD TO iPERMS. From HRC Army Soldier
Records Branch: When scanning documents for uploading to iPERMS, the
documents need to be scanned as individual documents and separate files
instead of one large file. Once the documents are scanned as separate
files, they can be dragged and dropped into the batch for submission.
For documents that are already scanned into one file, you can open that
file in Adobe and export to TIFF, ensuring you have the correct TIFF
settings shown in the attachment, and then drag and drop those files
