1. TAG SENDS, ADVERSE SCREENING, 7 JUN 21. 2. IPPS-A DATA CORRECTNESS CAMPAIGN – 14 JUN 2021. Attached is the CONOP for upcoming IPPS-A Data Correctness Campaign. 3. USAR NCO EVALUATION BOARD ELECTIONS AND PREFERENCES FORM, MAR 21. From the USARC G-1:  Attached at the following link is the updated Election and Preferences Form for Army Reserve Troop Program Unit (TPU) Soldiers. This form is utilized to capture specific elections and preferences made by the Individual Soldier for the purpose of the promotion slating cycle.      a. MILPER MESSAGE 21-198, U.S. ARMY FUTURES COMMAND EMERGING TECHNOLOGY OPPORTUNITIES, ISSUED: [6/3/2021 4:30:56 PM]. The U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC) Emerging Technology Opportunities (ETO) is accepting applications for consideration for Soldier Led Software Factory (SWF), and the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Technician (Master Gunner) programs for Fiscal Year 2022 and 2023 (FY22-23).      b. MILPER MESSAGE 21-199, REGULAR ARMY PRECISION RETENTION, ISSUED: [6/4/2021 10:01:17 AM]. Precision Retention is designed to sustain unit readiness and force alignment through the reenlistment and reclassification of Soldiers. Precision Retention is broken down into two parts: Overages: This identifies Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs) that are over strength and require reclassification out of the MOS in order to achieve force alignment across the Army; Shortages: This identifies MOSs that are under strength and offers Soldiers promotion opportunities and monetary incentives for reclassification into an MOS. https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/21-199

     c. MILPER MESSAGE 21-200, SELECTIVE RETENTION BONUS (SRB) PROGRAM, ISSUED: [6/4/2021 10:05:18 AM]. This MILPER message announces changes to the Regular Army SRB program.  It is effective on 18 June 2021 and will expire no later than 18 June 2022.      d. MILPER MESSAGE 21-201, UPDATE TO RECLASSIFICATION IN/OUT CALLS, ISSUED: [6/4/2021 10:08:47 AM]. This message is used for Regular Army reclassification purposes. In/Out calls are changed as needed based on the strength of the military occupational specialty (MOS) and are immediately posted on the Army’s RETAIN system.      e. MILPER MESSAGE 21-202, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION (GME), ISSUED: [6/5/2021 7:59:59 AM]. This message provides administrative guidance to Army units on the selection and assignment process of Regular Army (RA) Medical Corps (MC) officers for Graduate Medical Education (GME).
