Progress is being made with data migration between GoArmyEd and ArmyIgnitED but not at the rate needed to predict completion by 15MAR 2021. The Deloitte team is working to maintain the integrity of the legacy data within ArmyIgnitED but has encountered some hurdles, further delaying our targeted go-live date. As data migration nears completion, we will provide a date when users can fully access the system.
Due to the delay in the launch of ArmyIgnitED, ACCESS will provide a blanket Exception to Policy (ETP) to qualified Soldiers for TA for courses that start 8 Mar 2021 through 22 Mar 2021. Below are the guidelines to process ETP for Soldier enrollments affected by the delay.
The Soldier must have an approved Education Path in ArmyIgnitED prior to submitting ETP.
The Soldier must register for courses at their approved Education Institution (EI).
The EI must submit the course enrollments to ArmyIgnitED before TA can be approved.
After ArmyIgnitED is fully launched, please reach out to your local Army Education Center to initiate the ETP Request.
