1. This message will expire one year after release; however, the guidance will continue until rescinded or it’s contrary to controlling directives or regulations.
2. This message applies to Regular Army Officers, Warrant Officers, and Enlisted Soldiers. They will be referred to as Soldiers throughout this message.
