General: This initiative is an Army Aviation program with the objective to select Officers, Warrant Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers to develop Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and Program of Instruction (POI) for operation, maintenance, and integration of the MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA). Members of the Operational Development Team (ODT) will provide warfighter representation in operational tests and lead development of tactics, techniques, and procedures during MV-75 development. Through coordination with the Human Resources Command (HRC) Aviation (AV) Branch, the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) Commanding General will select highly qualified Officers, Warrant Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers to support the MV-75 ODT at AVCOE. The ODT is intended to be an invaluable source of U.S. Army tilt-rotor expertise that is essential to the development and fielding of the FLRAA. Participants will be a select group of individuals with demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and great potential to lead in future MV-75 organizations. If selected for the program, participants may be eligible to receive V-22 or tilt-rotor familiarization or qualification training based on U.S. Army and joint service availability. This program is one of many broadening experiences to enhance the participant's professional development.
