Join the discussion in the HRC G1/S1 Touchpoint on 28 August 2025, at 1200 ET. The 25 July 2025 update to the IPPS-A Leader Dashboard introduced several key enhancements to improve readiness tracking and overall data visibility. Notably, a new Tier-1 Readiness tab provides detailed insights and projections, helping leaders better assess unit readiness.

2. REGULAR ARMY NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER SLC/MLC SCHEDULING AS OF JULY 2025. From HRC Enlisted Military Schools Branch:  To provide transparency and manage expectations, Military Schools Branch releases monthly statistics of Soldiers scheduled for SLC/MLC by MOS and the Evaluation Board Order of Merit List (OML).      a. MILPER MESSAGE 25-314, CLARIFYING GUIDANCE FOR AR 608-20, APPOINTMENT OF UNIT VOTING ASSISTANCE OFFICERS, ISSUED: [6 AUG 25]. The purpose of this message is to provide clarification on the level of appointment for Unit Voting Assistance Officers. AR 608-20, dated 26 April 2025, The Army Voting Assistance Program requires Unit Voting Assistant Officers (UVAO) be appointed, in writing, at each level of command. This message makes a change to this requirement. The new requirement states that one UVAO be appointed at the Brigade level. Additional UVAOs will be appointed at the Commander's discretion. For Units with less than 25 Servicemembers, no UVAOs need to be appointed.
