2. ARMY G1 MEMO:  EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY CHANGE TO TIMELINE FOR REQUESTING VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT FROM ACTIVE SERVICE, 19 SEP 25. The Army G1 has approved the extension of Temporary Change to Timeline for Requesting Voluntary Retirement from Active Service. This extension will expire on 30 Sep 26 unless incorporated into applicable regulations. S1NET Message Summary - 20250917

1. PLEASE READ!!!  NON-ARMY.MIL MEMBERS (MAIL.MIL, HEALTH.MIL, SOCOM.MIL, ETC.)  S1NET has transitioned from Army Career Tracker (ACT) to SharePoint.  Non-Army.mil users will not be able to access the S1NET SharePoint links until they have guest access to A365 approved. Instructions follow.     

Instructions for non-Army.mil Users:
     Go to https://myaccess.microsoft.us/@armyeitaas.onmicrosoft.us#/access-packages/7939ae87-c22b-47fe-be6e-3749815f0725  
     Sign in with your non-army.mil email (if you have an army.mil account, you don't need guest access). 
     Click on "Use a Certificate or smart card." And follow the prompts.
     When you see "Army 365 Info Hub -DoD Guest Access", click "continue." 
     Ensure the selector is "No" for a specific period. Click "Continue."
     It will take you to a screen where you will see "Army 365 info Hub - DoD Guest Access"  Click the "Request" button.  
     Wait a few minutes and you should receive an email in Outlook.  
     When you reach the Consent Form, click the box and "Submit Request." 
     You will receive an email granting access.  Click on "Get started."  
     Once you get access approval (should only take a short time), you will be able to access the S1NET Home Page at https://armyeitaas.sharepoint-mil.us/teams/S1NETHomePage/SitePages/Home.aspx 
     There are instructions on the Home Page to request to be added to the email group.

1. ARMY DIRECTIVE 2025-17, ARMY BODY FAT STANDARD FOR ARMY FITNESS TEST SCORE, 4 SEP 25. The Department of Defense authorized the Army to implement revisions to the ABCP that account for the whole Soldier concept and improve talent management. This directive announces modifications to the ABCP to incentivize high levels of physical fitness and ensure that all Army Soldiers maintain a level of physical readiness necessary to perform their duties and limit musculoskeletal injuries. Effective immediately, all Soldiers who score 465 points or more on the record general standard or combat standard Army Fitness Test (AFT), with a minimum of 80 points in each event, are deemed in compliance with the Army body fat standard and will not be subject to flagging actions. This policy applies to Soldiers who complete all five primary events of the AFT; no alternate events are authorized. This body fat standard modification is not retroactive. All Soldiers will still conduct height and weight screening. Soldiers who meet the requirements prescribed in paragraph 5a of this directive do not require the one-site circumference-based tape assessment. 1. HQDA EXORD 291-25 IMPLEMENTATION OF REVISED ARMY COMMAND PREPARATION PROGRAM (CPP) AND SENIOR OFFICER LEGAL ORIENTATION COURSE (SOLO), DTG: 081746Z SEP 25. In March 2025, the CSA directed HQ TRADOC to restructure the Army Command Preparation Program (CPP). Army senior leaders approved the decrease of course duration and the integration of the Senior Officer Legal Orientation Course (SOLO) into the Pre-Command Course (PCC) portion of the CPP. This EXORD directs implementation of a reduced PCC course length of three (3) weeks. Effective immediately, the Army implements a modified Army Command Preparation Program (CPP) for LTC and COL command selection list (CSL) commanders and CSMs, with full implementation by 01 October 2025, in order to optimize key leader effectiveness and use of resources.
