1. This MILPER Message will expire NLT 15 September 2026. 

2. The Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) approved the principal and alternate lists for the FY26 LTC SFAB CSL - Command Panel. The principal and alternate lists will be prepositioned on 16 September 2025.
