1. This MILPER message will expire NLT 2 September 2026 (one year from publication).

2. The Army Competitive Category (ACC) Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Centralized Selection List 2027 (CSL27) Board will consider all eligible Active Component Lieutenant Colonels (LTC) and promotable Majors (MAJ) for assignment to Centralized Selection List (CSL) designated positions for Fiscal Year 2027 / CSL27 (assumptions of command from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027).
