2. This MILPER message announces the opening of the Secretary of the Army’s Cyber Strategic Seminar for applications and describes the specific eligibility criteria for the cohort in CY26. This annual program is now in its third year and is run in conjunction with US Army Cyber Command, and led by the Army Principal Cyber Advisor.
